Ruby Garrett
Secretary
Bachelor of Science in Health/Physical Education & Guidance from East Texas State University (A&M Commerce) Med in Education and a Mid Management Certification in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas. Completing 34 years in Education, retiring in 2012 as the Academic Dean (Marshall Junior High) in Marshall ISD, Marshall, Texas.

Deloris Greer
Vice President
Attended Texarkana College studying an Executive Management Degree and transferring to East Texas University with a major in Education. Retired Accountant with the State of Arkansas for 41 years, Major 15 years in Accounting. During her work years, she managed an educational outreach program that focused on mental illness and behaviors, nonviolent nonsexual crimes that graduated 150 students and found jobs for 90 of them. Qualities include spreadsheet expense reports. Worked with youth in the Vacation Bible School and Arkansas State Hospital.

Walter Sims
President/Owner
Walter L. Sims was born December 28, 1977 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. As an Independent Unsigned Artist, Ordained Minister, and Youth Pastor. Sims founded One Sims Entertainment Inc. to promote, advertise, and book shows for Independent and Unsigned Artists. His music has been played on radio stations from California to Canada. He has inspired many up and coming artists. Sims changed One Sims Entertainment Inc. to Sims Strategic Mentoring, to work with at risk, troubled, challenged and Gifted (Confident) Youth through teaching life skills, self-discipline, self-defense and circumstantial awareness. Mr. Sims also works with Carters’ Crew as After School Program Specialist
