Our Mission & Vision
Sims Strategic Mentoring empowers at-risk, troubled, challenged and gifted youth to express respect and responsibility in their image. It is the aim of compassion in our character to listen first, then establish a level of communication to better understand and develop ways to help them present the best version of themselves in their school, community and homes.
Sims Strategic Mentoring envisions Communities, Schools and Neighborhoods where behavior, thought and feeling in self and communication is developed through nurturing one on one mentoring relationships, groups activity curriculums, helping youth to reach their full potential, able and capable of making responsible decisions, becoming community leaders and achievers of tomorrow.

Our Founder
Walter L. Sims was born December 28, 1977 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. As an Independent Unsigned Artist, Ordained Minister, and Youth Pastor. Sims founded One Sims Entertainment Inc. to promote, advertise, and book shows for Independent and Unsigned Artists.

All employees of Sims Strategic Mentoring have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect at all times. All employees are expected to exhibit conduct that reflects inclusion during work, at work functions on or off the work site, and at all other company-sponsored and participation events. All employees are also required to attend and complete annual diversity awareness training to enhance their knowledge to fulfill this responsibility.Â
Any employee found to have exhibited any inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may be subject to disciplinary actions.Â
